Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every photo uploaded to, and every video generated or shared through, Roadster AI Video at roadsteraivideo.app. It sits alongside our Terms of Service. Every Roadster AI Video clip puts the car in your photo through a stunt, with an optional driver behind the wheel. The rules below are about whose photos you use and how you present the result. Breaking them can cost you your account and any unused credits in it.

Whose Photos You May Upload

• Yourself, or adults who said yes. Upload only photos of yourself, or of adults who have agreed to appear in a video made by you. Consent to appear in a photo is not consent to be turned into a generated video.
• A car you may show, and one driver at most. The main photo shows a car you own or have permission to use. If you add a driver photo, it shows a single adult who agreed to appear, or a pet. A car stunt is the joke; make sure everyone shown is in on it.
• Characters you have the right to use. Drawings and characters you created, or that you have permission to use, are fine. Do not upload copyrighted characters you do not have rights to.
• No minors. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18, including your own children or younger siblings. Sexualised content involving minors is reported to the authorities and results in an immediate permanent ban.
• No public figures. Do not upload photos of executives, entrepreneurs, athletes, actors, politicians, influencers, or any other identifiable public figure, living or dead. That includes the leaders of any vehicle maker.

How You May Not Use the Videos

• Not real vehicle footage. Do not present a Roadster AI Video video as showing a Tesla, a Roadster or any other real vehicle, as a demonstration, test or launch of one, or as official content from Tesla, Inc. or any other company.
• Harassment and bullying. Do not make or share videos that mock, humiliate, or target a real person, including an ex-partner, a classmate, or a colleague.
• Impersonation. Do not use someone else’s photo to pass yourself off as them, and do not present a video as being made by or about a person who did not take part.
• Fake footage. Do not present a Roadster AI Video video as real footage, as a real stunt, or as evidence that something happened to a real person.
• Sexual and nude content. Do not upload nude or sexual photos, and do not use the service to produce sexualised depictions of anyone.
• Hate and illegal activity. Do not use the service to attack or demean people on the basis of a protected characteristic, or for anything else illegal where you are.
• Other people’s intellectual property. Do not upload copyrighted characters, club crests, logos, or trademarks you have no rights to, do not add copyrighted music you have no rights to when you repost a video, and do not present output as coming from a brand you do not represent.

What You Must Be Able to Show

• You own every photo you upload, or you have permission from the rights holder.
• Every identifiable person in your uploads consented to their likeness being used this way.
• The video you publish is labelled as AI-generated wherever the platform you publish on requires it, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and CapCut templates.

The Model Provider’s Rules Also Apply

Every video on this site is generated by MiniMax H3, provided by MiniMax. MiniMax enforces its own safety policy, and a request that breaks that policy is refused upstream even when it looks acceptable here.

How We Enforce This

• Automated screening. Uploaded photos are checked by MiniMax’s safety systems before a video is generated, and we may run checks of our own. Refused requests do not consume credits.
• Review after the fact. Anything you share through the service is reviewed, and we can remove it at any time.
• Account action. A first violation typically means removed content and a warning. Repeated or severe violations, and any violation involving minors, mean permanent suspension without a refund of remaining credits. Your account is shared with Ricebowl AI (ricebowl.ai), so a suspension applies on both sites.
• Legal referral. We report content to law enforcement where the law requires it, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.

Reporting a Violation

Email support@roadsteraivideo.app with the link or generation ID and a short description of the problem. If the video depicts you, your child, or someone you represent, say so and we prioritise the review.
